Actually, there's two types of region blocking in Youtube and each operates differently.

  1. Copyright claim + intentional geoblock (sadly only MCN can use this, ffs)
    Bypass? Use VPN. If it's blocked worldwide, well, the only best bet is reupload or go to another website. Example: Pewdiepie's Bitch Lasagna blocked in India, apparently this is type 1 since I tried switching location on Youtube profile and didn't hide the video at all. Also some Vice videos promoted in community tab is using intentional geoblock (which is type 1, must use VPN and go set to USA region).
  2. Goverment issued (funnily enough, actually ez to bypass)
    Bypass? Click the profile icon and change Location. Example: TheJuiceMedia's Visit West Papua (more mocking toward Aussie actually). Switch location to everywhere else apart from Indonesia and good to go!
To see blocked region: https://polsy.org.uk/stuff/ytrestrict.cgi . This doesn't differentiate between type 1 (VPN) and type 2 (ez bypass), has to find it out yourself.

No box, no cd, no manual, backpanel+mobo only. (Apparently after looking, it's same with Zebronics H55) Chipset used: H57 (salvaged from prebuilt like Dell maybe?). Those H55 chinesium boards may use H57 or H55 depending on e-waste pull stocks. They are near same anyway. 4 Phase VRM Max RAM: 8GB (Dual rank/Dual sided, 4GB per slot, two slots in total. Trait shared with LGA 775 DDR3). FOR XEON: 16 GB (Dual rank/Dual sided, 8GB per slot, there are 2 slots.
